What is a preorder and why do you do this?

A preorder means you are ordering a product that is not immediately available in our warehouse but is in the process of being crafted by our artisans in Mexico. We offer preorders to ensure that each pair of shoes is made specifically for you, minimizing waste and supporting our slow fashion model.

Preorders typically take 3-4 weeks to ship, but we aim to ship them as soon as they become available.

If you are receiving a message indicating that your order is a preorder and you were not aware of this. Please note that Instagram and Facebook Channels are not currently displaying the legend around which pairs are backordered. Please ensure you look at your receipt when in doubt, your receipt will indicate it is a Pre-order.
