Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. To process your return or exchange, please visit our returns portal: https://espiritu.loopreturns.com/

Please ensure that the item is in original, unworn condition, including all original packaging, labels, and any dust bags, if applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process refunds within 5 to 7 business days. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed, in accordance with federal law.

Return and Refund Exceptions

  1. Final Sale Items: All sale items, including but not limited to promotions like Last Call, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Hispanic Heritage Month, and End of Season Sale, are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Discount Code Purchases: Items purchased with discount codes (e.g., 20% off for subscribing to our website) can be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us via a Ticket on this same portal within:
  1. 14 days for incorrect items.
  2. 100 days for defective items.
We will replace or refund defective or incorrect products at no additional cost.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please create a Ticket and select Cancel Order. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, and the return process must be followed. For orders that have been paid for but not shipped as part of our Preorder program, we can apply a cancellation.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We do not offer free shipping on regular sales, returns, or exchanges, unless specifically stated as part of a promotion (e.g., "Free Shipping"). However, if we make an error with your order, you will not incur any costs to receive the correct pair.

How long does it take to process a purchase?

Processing time varies depending on whether the item is in stock or a preorder. In-stock items typically take 2-3 business days to process, while preorders take around 3-4 weeks due to the artisanal nature of our products.

How long does it take to arrive?

Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available.

Can I pay for an expedite shipping for a preorder?

We suggest you don't, if you're purchasing a product that states it will be delayed, paying for an expedite shipping label will result in higher costs but not in faster delivery. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method.
