How do I know if my order is a pre-order?
While we aim to maintain a full inventory to meet customer demand, during our busiest seasons, it can become a challenge. As an artisanal brand that handcrafts each pair of shoes, our production process takes time. This is why, during the purchasing process, we inform you if your order is a preorder and will have a longer delivery timeframe.
This information is also included in your purchase receipt. We make every effort to communicate updates via the email provided at checkout, so please add customerservice@espiritu.com to your contacts to avoid our emails landing in your Promotions or Junk folder.
