Initiate an Exchange Manually

This procedure is only available for those customers who have been directed here by an agent. 

  1. Please go ahead to this link and pay for your exchange label and take a screenshot (https://espiritu.com/products/exchange-label)

  2. Once you’ve paid the invoice, please send your payment confirmation and the details of the pair you’d like in exchange by simply replying to the conversation you have going on with the agent. Please know that we don't always have all pairs available in stock, if you new size is not in stock it may need to be preordered.

  3. Once we receive your confirmation, we’ll send you the exchange label (this is a manual process).

  4. Send the shoes back using this label, and wait for them to arrive at our warehouse.

  5. Once we receive the shoes, we’ll confirm the availability of the desired exchange pair and provide a new tracking number once they have been shipped.
