We understand that due to the artisanal nature of our shoes, some dyes or seams may occasionally result in defects, as well as other variable defects. If you receive a damaged shoe, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please open a ticket, submit photos of your shoes and we'll take it from there.
Our shoes come with a 100-day guarantee covering any manufacturing defects. After this period, any issues should be considered normal wear and tear. If you notice any defects within the guarantee period, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement.
